Alisa Sadikova is a harpist of rare distinction whose international career was forged through worldclass debuts as a young child. Born in Saint Petersburg, Russia, she began her harp studies in 2010 at the Special Music School of the Saint Petersburg Rimsky-Korsakov Conservatory with Karina Maleeva. She received the Salvi Foundation Scholarship and continued her studies with Catherine Michel at the Cambridge Musica Mundi High School in Belgium. In 2025, she completed her Bachelor of Music degree in harp at The Juilliard School and is currently pursuing a Master of Music degree with Nancy Allen as a recipient of the prestigious Kovner Fellowship. Her previous awards include the Guzik Foundation Grant (2021–2025) and the Jerome L. Greene Fellowship (2024–2025). performed at Carnegie Hall’s Weill Recital Hall and embarked on a ten-city U.S. tour. At eight years old, she debuted as soloist with orchestra at the Moscow House of Music, performing Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s Concerto for Flute and Harp in C major, K. 299 under the baton of Vladimir Spivakov, a performance that launched her onto the world stage. She made her Swiss debut at Zurich’s Tonhalle performing George Frideric Handel’s Concerto for Harp in B-flat major, HWV 294 conducted by Sergei Fedoseev. She also holds the distinction of being the youngest semi-finalist ever to compete at the Israel International Harp Competition in 2018.
