Tenson Liang
Tenson was born in Taipei, Taiwan, and began his piano studies at the age of five.
After he got the bachelor degree of Civil Engineering in Taiwan, his passion for piano then brought him to Peabody Conservatory to study with Brian Ganz in 2016.
He has won several awards, which includes 1st prize of the National Taiwan Mandarin Daily News Piano Competition and Gold medal of the National Taiwan Young-Artist Piano Competition.
In 2018, Tenson was admitted to the UMKC Conservatory as a recipient of several music scholarships, which includes Lorraine Watson and HJ Chartrand Scholarship. He is now studying with Alon Goldstein.
