The Emerald Coast Music Alliance Foundation, Inc. (ECMA) was founded in 2017 to give the experience of world-class, classical music to demographics that would otherwise never have these types of opportunities, bringing “Carnegie Hall to the People”.

Through week-long festivals, our Music Director Alon Goldstein and world-class guest musicians perform classical pieces in multiple venues throughout Northwest Florida; traveling through Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, Walton  and Jackson Counties.

In our first year, 2017, the musicians of Emerald Coast Music Alliance performed in five venues.  In 2018, performances tripled to fifteen venues.

In 2019 Emerald Coast Music Alliance increased to twenty-five performances in seventeen locations.  Accompanying our Music Director Alon Goldstein were the guest musicians; Grammy nominated cellist and conductor, Amit Peled, and the Peabody Cello Gang.

In 2020, The  Emerald Coast Music Alliance has scheduled over forty performances with twelve musicians, including our artistic director, Alon Goldstein, four of Alon's classical pianist students, classical guitarist JiJi, percussionist Mitya Nilov, and a brass quintet.

In 2021, Emerald Coast Music Alliance determined to continue providing free concerts to schools, senior organizations, and special needs centers despite the threat of Covid-19 utilizing the power of streaming platforms. Fifteen artists, performing on Piano, Viola, Flute, a Brass Quintet and a vocalist, shared their talents in over 63 total performances in a three week period.

In 2022, Emerald Coast Music Alliance returned to live performance; bringing in four pianists, a clarinetist, a cellist and two dancers to perform with the musicians.  Fifty performances were held in 23 venues in the week-long festival spanning three counties across Northwest Florida.
