World-renowned classical pianist Alon Goldstein has a passion to perform classical music far from the famous stages he normally graces or for the audiences he usually commands. Goldstein's vision is to: Bring "Carnegie Hall" to children and adults who normally would not have access to such an experience. At no charge.
To accomplish this, Goldstein founded and is the artistic director of the Emerald Coast Music Alliance Foundation, Inc., a 501c3 organization that is dedicated to bringing world class musicians to perform in Northwest Florida each winter.
Since its inception in 2017, The ECMAF has funded these 10-14 day Festivals each year. Performing in multiple local venues for schools, senior centers, assisted living facilites, churches, and organizations that serve the developmentally disabled, Goldstein and our guest musicians describe these moments as transformative and life-changing.
The first free public concert was held at the Fort Walton Beach Auditorium In 2022. A second free Community Concert was added in 2023 - 2025 at Crosspoint Church in Niceville. In 2026, a third free Community Concert will be held at the Chautaugua Theatre in DeFuniak Springs. The vision of Alon Goldstein and the Board of Directors is to expand concert venues, bring in more diverse musicians and share the life changing impact of classical music on every generation throughout the Emerald Coast.
The ECMAF's Board of Directors are a group of music loving volunteers committed to facilitating the vision of Alon Goldstein and enriching Northwest Florida with the timeless beauty of live classical music performance.
