Valerie Wellington
Valerie is an artist of uncommon sensibility and maturity. She possesses a strong technique and rare musicality beyond her years.
A native of Indonesia, Valerie started to play the piano at age 7.
She received her bachelor’s degree from the Pelita Harapan University in Jakarta, studying under Dr. Johannes Nugroho, and currently studies at the University of Missouri in Kansas City under renowned pianist Alon Goldstein.
Valerie received several awards including the Gold award UCSI International Piano competition 2020 and the Silver Ward Indonesian Steinway Piano Competition 2018.
She performed in various countries including the United States, Singapore and Indonesia.
